Welcome to 2EasyFitness! My name is Yormica and thank you for visiting my site. I am the owner and founder of 2EasyFitness,LLC and I look forward to working with you!
Just to give a little background about me, by profession I am an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant. I have been practicing medicine for 15 years. Not only do I have a passion for health and wellness, but I am a lover of all things FITNESS!
I offer a 12-week group fitness program and various nutrition and wellness tips designed to help you with your fitness goals. I love to travel (Hawaii as you can see in this picture), outdoor biking, walking, family time and overall having fun!
As far back as I can remember I've always been active and involved in fitness, sports and overall maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As a Physician Assistant, I encourage my patients to be the best version of themselves, eat healthy, exercise and to overall take better care of themselves. As a lover of fitness, I "married" my profession and my passion and became a Fitness Coach in the summer of 2018. Fast forward to today, I have over 500 (and growing) 2EasyFitness clients, internationally as well, who have taken control over their lives and are committed to becoming the BEST version of themselves.
My personal wellness philosophy is "you can't out-run a bad diet". My approach with 2EasyFitness is one of focusing on our NUTRITION. Without the proper nutritional intake, EXERCISING IS SIMPLY DONE IN VAIN. Yes, there may be studies and challenges out there where you may see people "eating whatever they want" and exercising aggressively and still losing weight or appearing to be healthy. I, however, do not recommend this approach. My approach focuses on the whole body, mind and spirit. I believe in being positive, encouraging, eating well, exercising and most of all...BEING ACCOUNTABLE.
