12 Weeks of one-on-one fitness coaching.

12 Week customized meal plan, grocery and snacks list, and detailed recipes.

Customized Meal Plan Questionnaire to assist Yormica with the planning of your program.

12 Week Customized Workout Plan.

3 live virtual one-on-one personal training sessions weekly for a total of 36 sessions.

Once weekly, (total of 12), one-on-one live video nutritional counseling sessions.

Once Weekly, (total of 12), LIVE Weigh-In Results and Progress Photo Sessions.

Access to 2EasyFitness PRO app. (This fee is separate at $9.99/monthly, paid via the 2EasyFitness app)

Direct access to Yormica via text, email, call or Facebook Messenger during business hours. 

And most of all...DIRECT ACCOUNTABILITY.

Payment is due upon receipt and AfterPay is also available. For all plans that are divided into installments, payments are due on or before the payment installment dates. ALL services are non-refundable. All services must be started within 30 days of first payment. Once started, services expire within 90 days of first payment.
