- 3 live virtual one-on-one personal training sessions weekly for a total of 36 sessions.
- Once weekly, (total of 12), one-on-one live video nutritional counseling sessions.
- Once Weekly, (total of 12), LIVE Weigh-In Results and Weekly Wrap-Up Zoom Call.
