With this service, you will receive a 6-week customized meal plan that includes 6 weeks of meal plans with corresponding recipes, detailed grocery lists for each week, snack ideas and general fitness tips according to the customization of the plan.
This service also includes a PRINTABLE 2EasyFitness Planner that consists of a body measurements tracker, workout tracker, fitness goals form, printable 30-Day Exercise Challenge and food/water journal tracking.
Once purchased, you will be directed to the 2EasyFitness Customized Meal Plan Questionnaire where you will provide specific details of your request. The details include, but are not limited to, providing your top 3 favorite fruits, vegetables, grains, proteins (animal or vegetable), beverages and snacks. This information will be used as a reference when constructing your meal plan. Other information, included in the questionnaire, will be used as well.
